These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.goodcleanvibe.com (the “Site”) and the commercial cleaning services offered by A Good Clean Vibe LLC (“A Good Clean Vibe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing the Site, requesting a quote, or signing a service agreement with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

A Good Clean Vibe provides commercial cleaning services including office, medical office, restaurant, warehouse, retail, post- construction, move-in/move-out, and property management turnover cleaning across Pasco County and the greater Tampa Bay area.

The Site provides information about these services. It is not an offer to contract. A binding engagement begins only when a written service agreement is signed by both parties, or when work is performed under a mutually accepted scope of work.

Quotes are based on information you provide about the property and on a walkthrough where applicable. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated and may be revised if:

• The scope, square footage, or frequency changes.
• Access, materials, or conditions materially differ from what was communicated.
• Specialty services (post-construction, biohazard, carpet extraction, etc.) are added to a recurring contract.

Pricing, payment terms, cancellation terms, and insurance obligations are governed by the separate service agreement signed by both parties. In the event of conflict, the service agreement controls.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, resell, or exploit any portion of the Site without our express written permission.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through forms on the Site.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its servers, or systems connected to it.
• Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Site for commercial purposes without our written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including introducing viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

The Site and its original content, features, logo, wordmark, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of A Good Clean Vibe LLC and its licensors. The content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other United States and foreign laws.

You may view, download, and print pages from the Site for your own personal or internal business use, provided you do not modify the material and retain all copyright and proprietary notices. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

As part of our quality process, we photograph completed work. These photos are shared with the client (typically the property manager or primary contact) as part of documentation and may be used — in anonymized form with no identifiable persons, signage, or addresses — for training, quality control, and marketing. If you prefer your property not be used for marketing purposes, let us know in writing at Agoodcleanvibellc@outlook.com and we will honor that request.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites — for example, mapping, review, or social media platforms — that are not owned or controlled by A Good Clean Vibe. We have no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites and assume no responsibility for them.

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make reasonable efforts to keep information on the Site accurate and up to date, but we make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on the Site.

Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, financial, compliance, or health & safety advice. Specific questions about regulatory requirements (for example HIPAA, OSHA, or local health codes) should be directed to a qualified professional.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A Good Clean Vibe LLC, its members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site. Liability for cleaning services is limited by, and governed by, the insurance coverage and terms described in the signed service agreement between the parties.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless A Good Clean Vibe LLC and its members, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (i) your use of the Site, (ii) your violation of these Terms, or (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property or privacy right.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pasco County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
