We started A Good Clean Vibe because we were tired of the same pattern every local business owner we knew was stuck in. You'd hire a commercial cleaner, they'd be great for three weeks, and then it'd start slipping — the same trash can missed every Tuesday, the lobby glass smudged by Friday afternoon, the bathroom floor sticky on Monday morning. And then the crew would turn over, and now there's a new stranger with a key.
So in 2014 we built the company we wanted to hire. One phone number that a human answers. Written scopes on every account. Crews that actually know your building. Supervisor walkthroughs on a cadence you can see. And an owner who still reads every complaint before it gets to a response.
A decade later we're still locally owned and still based in Pasco County. We've grown to 50+ background-checked crew members and 200+ active commercial accounts — offices in Wesley Chapel, medical suites in Trinity, restaurants in New Port Richey, warehouses in Lutz, retail portfolios in Zephyrhills, and property management turnover across Hudson, Land O' Lakes, and Tampa.
The company got bigger. The standard didn't change. That's the whole point.

The crew
You're handing us your keys. We earn it.
Every crew member is W-2, uniformed, trained to our written standards, and background-checked before they ever step into a client building. We don't subcontract. We don't use day labor. The person in your lobby tonight is on our payroll tomorrow morning.
Supervisors walk each account on a scheduled cadence and upload photo documentation to your folder. If something slips between walkthroughs, you text the same number you already have — we're on site before your next business morning.
