Sound familiar?
A project that lands
Dirty on delivery day.
Most GCs and owners we work with have the same story — the subs are out, the CO is scheduled, and the cleaner they hired is running a “janitorial” crew on a post-construction site. Drywall dust blown around, fingerprints on every door, stickers still on the windows, and a punch-list that just got longer.
Drywall dust on every horizontal surface.
Tops of doors, top of ceiling grid, inside every cabinet, on the HVAC vents. A shop-vac pass isn't a clean — it's a rearrangement.
Manufacturer stickers still on windows and fixtures.
Windows, appliances, faucets, mirrors, toilets — every new component ships with a label. Peeling those at walk-through is not the owner's job.
Paint overspray and adhesive on glass and hardware.
Painters and flooring crews leave artifacts. If those don't get scraped, cut, and polished before CO, the owner sees them first — and remembers.
Floors that photograph like a construction site.
Polished concrete with haze. LVT with adhesive residue. Tile grout with dried mud. Your marketing shots are in a few days. This is not the floor for them.
When we take over
The building that opens
Matches the renderings.
Post-construction cleanup done the way an architect would sign it off. Clean is baseline — delivery-ready is the goal.
Drywall dust gone, not rearranged.
HEPA vacuums on every horizontal surface, ceiling grid, and HVAC vent. Every vertical surface wiped. Dust sits in a filter, not on your owner's brand-new desk.
Fixtures, glass, and metal to delivery standard.
Manufacturer stickers pulled, adhesive residue cleared, paint overspray scraped and cut, stainless and chrome polished, mirrors and windows streak-free inside and out.
On the GC's schedule, not our own.
We work nights, weekends, between trades, and right up against punch-list. Your superintendent has our number, and the daily schedule moves when the job does.

Delivery-ready
In three clean steps.
Site walkthrough with your superintendent, a written scope matched to your punch list and CO schedule, and a crew that shows up on your trade calendar.
Site walkthrough
We meet your superintendent or PM on site — usually before the finish trades are out. We walk the building, review the punch list, and read the CO schedule.
Written scope + phased quote
Within 24 hours you get a written scope with phased pricing — rough clean, final clean, and touch-up clean, broken out so you can line-item it on the owner's change log.
Crews on your trade calendar
We schedule around finish trades, CO inspection, and owner walk-through. Signed cleaning log at each phase, daily sign-off with your super, and a spotless space at the ribbon cutting.

Post-construction cleaning in Pasco County
Why Pasco GCs and owners
Hire us and keep us on.
Post-construction cleaning is the last trade on the site and the first impression the owner has of their new building. It's not janitorial. It's not a dust-mop and a shop-vac. It's a scoped, phased, punch-list-driven trade — scheduled between the finish subs and the CO inspector — and every hour on the tail end of your schedule is an hour off the liquidated damages conversation.
We've been the final-clean vendor on Pasco County construction sites since 2014 — tenant improvements in New Port Richey, Trinity, and Wesley Chapel; medical and dental build-outs in Land O' Lakes and Zephyrhills; restaurant and retail build-outs across the Tampa Bay area; and full new construction from shell to CO. Our crews are trained on drywall dust mitigation, HEPA vacuuming of ceiling grid and HVAC boots, sticker and label removal, paint overspray and adhesive cut-down, fixture polishing, and phased delivery cleaning.
If you're a GC or an owner-rep who's been burned by a janitorial vendor pretending to be a post-construction crew, or you're planning a build-out in Pasco and want the final cleaner on the schedule before the drywall goes up, this is the conversation we're built for. Book a site walkthrough. We'll meet your super on site, review the punch list, and come back within 24 hours with a written phased scope and a flat quote.

Still have questions? Contact usPost-construction cleaning in Pasco County typically runs between $0.25 and $0.75 per square foot for rough clean, and $0.35 to $0.55 per square foot for final detail — depending on the state the site is left in, the finish materials, and whether a final polish is required before the owner walk-through. A 5,000-sqft commercial tenant improvement usually falls in the $2,000-$3,500 range. Every quote comes after a walkthrough, not off a packaged price list.
Rough clean happens after major trades are out — we remove debris, drywall dust, and construction trash so painters and flooring crews can work on a clean slate. Final clean is the detail pass right before punch list and owner walk-through — full dust, glass, fixture, and floor detail so the space is delivery-ready. Touch-up clean is the same-day reset after punch list or the owner walk-through, before the ribbon cutting or tenant move-in.
Yes. We routinely schedule the final post-construction clean right before the final building inspection and CO sign-off, so the space is inspection-ready and delivery-ready in the same pass. We coordinate directly with your project manager or GC superintendent on timing and site access.
Yes — that's the core of post-construction work. We HEPA-vacuum all horizontal surfaces and ceiling grid, wipe every vertical surface, remove manufacturer stickers from windows, fixtures, and appliances, detail paint overspray off glass and hardware, and polish stainless, chrome, and glass to delivery standard.
Yes. We offer a periodic floor program as part of post-construction delivery — polished concrete burnishing, tile and grout deep clean, LVT/LVP finishing, and VCT strip-and-wax. Scope is scheduled with your GC during the walkthrough and added to the quote.
Yes. A Good Clean Vibe is fully licensed, bonded, and insured in the state of Florida — including general liability coverage sized for commercial construction sites. We provide a Certificate of Insurance to your GC, property owner, or landlord on request, typically within a business day.
Commercial tenant improvements, new ground-up construction, medical office build-outs, restaurant build-outs, retail build-outs, warehouse and industrial shell-to-suite completions, and multi-phase renovations. If there's drywall dust on the floor and a punch list on the way, we're built for it.
Yes. Post-construction cleans are almost never a single shift — we schedule rough-clean windows between trades and final-clean right before punch list. We coordinate daily with your superintendent, work nights or weekends if that's what the schedule needs, and stay flexible when trades slip.
