Services & pricing
What's included, how pricing works, and how to right-size a scope for your building.
How much does commercial cleaning cost in Pasco County?
Commercial cleaning cost in Pasco County varies by facility size, frequency, and requirements. Most Pasco clients pay between $200 and $1,200 per month for regular janitorial service, with one-time deep cleans typically ranging from $350 to $1,500. We provide free, customized quotes within 24 hours — no obligation.
What's included in a standard janitorial cleaning?
Every recurring scope covers trash removal, dusting of horizontal surfaces, vacuuming of carpeted areas, mopping of hard floors, restroom disinfection and restocking, and breakroom surface wipe-down. Weekly and monthly add-ons (baseboards, vents, high dusting, glass, kitchen appliances, conference rooms) are priced into the written scope up front so nothing is surprise-billed later.
Do you offer one-time or recurring cleaning services?
Both. We offer one-time deep cleans, move-in/move-out, and post-construction cleans, plus recurring janitorial service on daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly schedules. Many clients start with a deep clean then transition to a recurring schedule built around their operating hours.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. All recurring accounts run month-to-month with a 30-day cancellation clause in writing. If we aren't holding the standard you signed up for, you shouldn't be locked in — and we don't want you to be.
Can I customize the cleaning scope for my building?
Yes — every account is scoped individually. We walk your building, listen to which tasks matter most (and which are wasting budget), then hand you a written task list by frequency. Nothing happens on your floor that isn't on the scope you approved.

Scheduling & onboarding
How fast we can start, when we clean, and what the first two weeks actually look like.
How fast can you start cleaning my business?
Most new clients are onboarded within 3 to 7 days: free walkthrough and quote in 24 hours, a signed service agreement, and first clean scheduled shortly after. Emergency or post-construction cleans can often be booked within 48 hours.
Can you clean outside business hours?
Yes. We specialize in evening, overnight, early-morning, and weekend cleaning so your office, medical suite, restaurant, or retail space is ready before your first customer walks in — with zero disruption to your team.
How does the walkthrough work?
We meet you at your building, spend 20–30 minutes walking the space, and ask about past issues, priority areas, after-hours access, and any compliance requirements. You get a written scope and flat monthly price within 48 hours — no high-pressure sell, no pop-up add-ons later.
What happens if I need to skip or add a cleaning?
Reach out to the same number you already have. Cleanings can be paused, skipped, or added ad-hoc with reasonable notice. We bill only what's on the calendar — you never pay for a clean that didn't happen.

Team & trust
Who's in your building, how we vet them, and how we hold the line on quality.
Are your cleaners background-checked, licensed, and insured?
Every crew member undergoes a thorough background check and in-house training. A Good Clean Vibe is fully licensed, bonded, and insured in the state of Florida, so you have complete peace of mind handing us the keys to your facility.
Do you subcontract or use day labor?
No. Every crew member is W-2, uniformed, and trained to our written standards. The person in your lobby tonight is on our payroll tomorrow morning — no 1099 staffing agencies, no gig-app cleaners, no rotating strangers.
How do you handle lost keys, alarm codes, or access cards?
Keys and access credentials are logged and signed out to a single assigned supervisor per account. If a crew member leaves the company, codes are rotated within 24 hours. Any access concern can be escalated to the owner directly.
What if I'm not happy with a cleaning?
Text or email us within 24 hours and we'll send a crew back to fix it at no charge. Quality issues escalate to a supervisor walkthrough, and repeat issues escalate to the owner — same business day. That's the accountability we built the company around.

Products & equipment
What we bring, what we use, and how we keep your people safe around it.
Are your cleaning products eco-friendly and safe for offices?
Yes. We offer EPA-certified green cleaning products that are just as effective as traditional cleaners but safer for employees, patients, and pets. Medical-grade and hospital-grade disinfectants are available on request for healthcare and food-service clients.
Do you use hospital-grade disinfectants for medical offices?
Yes. Medical, dental, and veterinary accounts are cleaned with EPA List N disinfectants and hospital-grade products approved for clinical environments. We follow OSHA-aligned protocols for high-touch surfaces, exam rooms, and common areas.
Do you supply the cleaning equipment and paper products?
All cleaning equipment, chemicals, and microfiber are included in your monthly rate. Paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, trash liners) can be included as a supply program or invoiced at cost — your preference, in writing, up front.
Do you use commercial-grade equipment for large facilities?
Yes. Warehouse, post-construction, and large retail accounts are serviced with walk-behind scrubbers, propane burnishers, HEPA backpack vacuums, and industrial wet/dry vacs. We match the equipment to the square footage and surface — not the other way around.

Service areas
Where our crews run, and how far we travel out of New Port Richey.
What areas in Pasco County do you serve?
Pasco County is our home market. We serve New Port Richey, Wesley Chapel, Land O' Lakes, Trinity, Zephyrhills, Dade City, Hudson, Port Richey, Holiday, Lutz, San Antonio, and Shady Hills. We also serve surrounding Tampa Bay communities in Hillsborough and Pinellas counties, including Tampa, Brandon, Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Tarpon Springs, Palm Harbor, and Dunedin.
Do you travel outside Pasco County?
Yes. Our crews run a 30+ mile radius out of New Port Richey, which covers most of Pasco County plus north Hillsborough and north Pinellas. Longer routes are quoted case-by-case — we'd rather be honest about drive time than overcommit on a schedule we can't hold.
Can you service a multi-location portfolio across cities?
Yes. Portfolio accounts are one of our specialties — retail chains, medical groups with multiple offices, and property managers with units spread across Pasco. One point of contact, one invoice, one written scope per location.

Property managers & turnover
How our vendor program works for brokerages, multifamily operators, and property managers.
Do you handle move-in / move-out and apartment turnover cleaning?
Yes. We handle turnover cleaning for property management companies, multifamily operators, commercial landlords, and realtors — apartment turnovers, commercial lease turnovers, pre-listing deep cleans, and post-tenant move-out/trash-out cleans. The unit must be fully vacant at time of service; we do not pack, move, or handle tenant belongings. Portfolio and multi-unit pricing is available.
Do you offer volume pricing for property management companies?
Yes. Property management companies, multifamily operators, and brokerages with multiple units on rotation qualify for volume turnover pricing and priority scheduling. We clean to your internal make-ready checklist so units come back on the market faster.
Can you send a vendor packet to our procurement team?
Yes. COI, W-9, sample service agreement, sample turnover checklist, and flat per-unit pricing are all forwarded within 48 hours of request. The full packet lives on our /property-managers page and can be handed straight to compliance.
Do you document completed turnovers with photos?
Yes. Every turnover ships with dated photo documentation uploaded to a shared folder by end-of-day. Before/after coverage by room, plus any damage flags, so your leasing team and owners can review without a follow-up phone call.
